Dear Royal Customer, We are very sorry to say that we have cancelled all inbound flights to all of Jamaica and Cozumel, Mexico due to the violent Hurricane Dean. However, if anyone, including non-athena customers, would like to vacate the island, we will be flying emergency flights from Jamaica and Cozumel/ surrounding areas to Miami until August 20th using Boeing 747-400 and Airbus A380 aircraft. All customers (evacuees and cancelled flights to Jamaica, Mexico) will be put in Five Star Hotels in Miami and will be put on the first flight back to Jamaica and Mexico when it is safe. All pets are allowed in cabin. We are very sorry and we would like to make it up to you with full refunds and 5 complimentary round-trp flights to anywhere in the world.
